Athlete Online Programme 
This is personal training/group coaching online only. We provide all the training and coaching needed through a monthly training programme, with weekly personal meetings on a Monday.

With the minimal kit programme you will need at least a Kettlebell and a Dumbbell and one band of a strength of your liking. The other programmes you will need a use of a gym or an equipped home gym.

Barbells and Ladies 
Barbells and Ladies is a fitness class designed for women seeking strength, confidence, and intentional movement at every stage of life. This class blends functional fitness with education and support, focusing on barbell techniques, foundational movement patterns, and pelvic floor and core health. Tailored for all fitness levels, it offers modifications and support for pregnant and postpartum athletes, meeting you wherever you are in your journey.

Our Barbells and Ladies sessions allow you to bring your baby along, so you can stay active without worrying about childcare. You’ll also have access to our full classes and open gym programme.

Please note: Babies must remain in a pram or car seat during the non specific barbells and babies classes to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

CrossFit Fundamentals 3-Week Course
This course looks to offer you an insight into what to expect at E-Motion Fitness Hub classes through our CrossFit Affiliation and the training methodology we have adopted.

The course will be split up in 4x 1-hour sessions. In these sessions you will receive top quality coaching and a chance to complete a full workout under the watchful eye of our coaches.

You will also receive 3 weeks of online coaching and full text support from one of our coaches. The Online Coaching plan will include 3 extra workouts for you to complete in open gym sessions throughout the week. These sessions will focus on the movement and coaching you received in the previous in-person session.

Within this course we will cover the fundamentals principles of CrossFit’s methodology towards fitness, Strength and training for wellness and longevity. We’ll also look at some fundamental movements you’ll come across and ways to master them.

Not only will the course feature Theory and class-based information but we will also have a practical workshop where we assess your movements and teach you how to complete 9 movements you will come across in our classes. Giving you all the tools and knowledge to come in feeling comfortable and confident going into your first class!

Teens
Our Pre Teens class is for kids ages 9-12 and Teens is for 13-17 year olds.

This class introduces kids to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a wooden dowel, and moving up in weight slowly using light barbells, dumbbells, med-balls, etc., based on how well they perform the movement.


Programming includes 45 minute classes twice per week.
